Watts, Jr. (aka Dr. Rob) is also the founder/president of One Flesh Ministries Bible Institute, a Satellite Teaching and Testing Center of ICW Bible College and Seminary and a subsidiary of One Flesh Ministries, Inc (501c3), which was founded by he and wife, Dr. Natalie S. Watts. He has a heart to equip those called to Christian ministry and empower people in their purpose.
